CLEANLINESS CLASSIFICATION
Find the Right Valutek Product to Meet Your Specification Requirements
Selecting the right products to use in your critical environment can be challenging. Valutek simplifies this complicated process by recommending the most appropriate materials based on your specific application.
Three Cleanliness Classification Levels
Based upon your internal SOP, your controlled environment needs to meet or exceed your defined ISO or Federal Standard 209 cleanliness standard to ensure that your process is compliant.
Valutek has simplified the process and developed three product families: NanoTek, MicroTek, and MacroTek.
These product families are engineered to ensure your cleanroom processes operate in a consistent, stable state.
Why Valutek?
Our Propositions
All Valutek products comply with US Federal Standard 209E and EU ISO 14644-1 / 14698 Cleanroom Standards, meeting or exceeding the published specification limits.
Valutek is one of the industry’s first and only to publish a 36-month lot trending analysis and test data for all critical gloves, wipers, and apparel per repeatable IEST test methods.
All Nanotek and Microtek products have defined upper and lower limits on particles and extractables published on their specific material specifications sheet.
Valutek materials are tested using IEST test methods to ensure fair & comparable data analysis, regardless of cleanroom classification. Do not be confused or misled by proprietary, non-repeatable test data, or Typical Published Value (TPV) results.
Valutek provides a Certificate of Compliance (COC) report within 24 hours of receiving your request.
