How do I request product certificates?
Valutek provides two types of certificates upon request:
  • Certificate of Conformance (CoC):
    Confirms that a specific product and lot comply with Valutek’s published specifications, as outlined in the product’s Technical Data Sheet. Technical Data Sheets are available for download directly from each product page on valutek.com.

  • Certificate of Analysis (CoA):
    Includes lot-specific test data verifying that the product's attributes fall within the defined specification limits detailed in the Technical Data Sheet.

Processing Time:
Certificates are typically issued within 1–2 business days of receiving your request.

Can you customize a pre-saturated wiper for me?

Yes. Valutek can customize wipers by substrate material, size, edge treatment and chemistry.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Shipping times vary by region and carrier; however, we process and ship products within 24-48 hours of receiving an order.

Does Valutek have a change notification system?

Valutek’s change control process involves direct notification to all affected customers who have taken receipt within the prior 36 months of the part number with the pending material and spec change on future deliveries.

Because of the nature of our glove and wiper products that are “specified” into critical customer manufacturing processes, Valutek’s commitment to product consistency limits the number of material changes that take place—due to this, Valutek does not have an automated change control program to enroll in, and all notification is done internally by our customer service team.

Does Valutek use latex in any apparel products?

No. The elastic in our polypropylene bouffant caps, face masks and beard covers are made of draw textured yarn (DTY), which is a synthetic rubber.

All Valutek apparel products are latex-free and latex-free certification is available upon request.

Do your products expire?
Shelf life depends on proper storage. Products should be kept in a well-ventilated area, away from sunlight, UV exposure, high temperatures, and moisture. Under optimal conditions, our products maintain integrity for extended periods. Below are specific shelf lives:
  • Nitrile gloves: 5 years

  • Latex gloves: 3 years

  • PVC/Vinyl gloves: 5 years

  • Isopropyl alcohol (IPA) wipers: 3 years

Is Valutek registered with the FDA?

Cleanroom consumables are not regulated by the FDA, which is why Valutek is not registered with the agency. While FDA regulations apply to medical and food-handling gloves, cleanroom products are governed and evaluated by a different set of standards, including those from IEST, ISO, ASTM, ANSI, ESD, and others. 

Even though cleanroom consumables may be used in FDA-regulated environments like pharmaceutical or medical device manufacturing, they are not directly regulated by the FDA. However, Valutek can provide test data that aligns with FDA-recommended practices. For example, if the FDA specifies endotoxin limits for medical devices, we can provide test results and reports to demonstrate compliance.

Do you provide Safety Data Sheets (SDS)?
SDS documents are only available for pre-wetted wipers, and vary based on the Isopropyl Alcohol (IPA)  saturation level:
What is your Return Policy? To begin the return process, please contact Customer Service at 1.800.763.1250 to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

Please note that returns are not accepted for customized products, non-stock items, special orders, or discontinued merchandise.

Return requests must be initiated within 30 days from the invoice date. Only unopened items in their original packaging are eligible for return.

A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns, except for items returned due to shipping errors or defects.

Do not mark the outside of the return package with the RMA number. Instead, include a copy of the RMA document inside the box.

All authorized returns must be shipped within 30 days of RMA issuance. Unless the return results from a shipping error or defective product, the customer is responsible for prepaid freight charges.

Please note, we cannot accept liability for items damaged after delivery is accepted by your receiving department.
